2) Can I change my order after its submission?

Unfortunately not. Your submitted order can’t be changed since it has departed from our warehouse. You can always contact us at any development stage of your order by clicking here

1) How can I pay?

At the moment we accept : Debit/Credit card (powered by VIVA WALLET) ,Apple pay and Paypal.

2) How can I use my offer code?

If you have an offer code ,you can redeem it through checkout page. Enter your code on the field ‘COUPON CODE’ . Please check the expire date before using it. You cant use more than one offer code for the same purchase. Codes are not valid on sale items.

1) When will I receive my order?

Time of delivery depends on the destination you have chosen. Usually, it takes 1-3 working days ,depending on your location. Seasonal or sales periods may cause delays.

2) How much does it cost?

All orders amounting up to 48,99€are charged with 4,00€ shipping fee.. Orders amounting 49€ and above are shipped for free.

1) How do I return a product?

Pack the product in its initial packaging and send it to YOUNGSTERS,Spyrou Spyridi 32,38221, Volos. Don’t forget to complete and place the return form that you will find enclosed. Without this form we cant proceed with your return. Place the product and the form in safe package to prevent any damage. Otherwise , complete the form here

2) Until when can I return products?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it in its initial package. Returns can be done within 30 days from delivery. Our company can reject returns that overdue the period of time or if the returned garments are not in the same condition as delivered. Return fees are charged on the customer, using SPEEDEX COURIER SERVICES and amounting 4,00€.

I have received a defective product. What should I do?

We take good care so as our products arrive in great condition. In case you received a defected product or it isn’t what you ordered please complete the return form  and send it back to

The return fees are charged on our company and we will return your money within 15 days , depending on your payment method.
